This online OHS course was developed in collaboration with the Conseil QuĂ©bĂ©cois des Services dâĂducation Ă la Petite Enfance (CQSEPE). Its objective is to make educators aware of the best occupational health and safety practices for daycares when conducting outdoor activities in the winter.

This online health and safety course provides best practices and tips on various topics related to educator and child safety. After completing this course, participants will know how to shovel snow in a safe manner and secure the yard before undertaking outdoor activities. They will also know the proper techniques for dressing and undressing children without injuring themselves.

This e-learning course introduces safety rules for walks, tobogganing and other outdoor activities. Tips are also provided on how to safely store outdoor equipment without injury following the outings.
