The section on chair adjustment presents the correct measures for adjusting the height of the seat, the height and angle of the backrest and the position of the armrests, to foster better work posture.

The section on work surfaces explains the adjustments workers can make to their keyboards, mice and monitors to make them more ergonomically sound. The section on workstations discusses the placement of work tools, as well as lighting considerations.

This course is based on several legal statutes, including the Act Respecting Occupational Health and Safety (AROHS), the Regulation Respecting Occupational Health and Safety (RROHS) and the CSA-Z412 standard.
