Following this training, the user will be better equipped to recognize the main risk factors of PSRs and to know the organizational practices that allow them to be controlled.
It is important to be concerned about PSRs because of the impact they have on the psychological health of workers, but also because they have negative consequences for the organization by decreasing the commitment and productivity of personnel.
This OHS online course presents in detail the different risk factors that can occur in the workplace and that are grouped under two main categories: work organization and social factors at work.
